Vendor Payout System
Our vendors are settled at D+2, that is, delivery date plus 2 days. The 2 days allow customer take ‘keep or return’ decision. Payout is made each day at 12.00hrs. Vendors are rendered monthly transactions/account statement to enable completeness check and reconciliation.
 
Products Approval(s)
Every vendor’s product is subject to quality assurance review to align with established minimum standard before approval to appear on the Front Store.
 
Vendor Mini-Store with Its Own Design
Our vendors can not only sell their products on a shared storefront but have a standalone micro-store within our virtual marketplace. Each vendor area is laced with their logo, store description, products, specific features, filters, and categories. We allow our vendors to express themselves, changing the theme style and layout of a vendor store selecting their own color scheme. They are allowed to engage their customers on their product related issues.
 
Vendor Plan
We have flexible and budget friendly plans. Each plan comes with website hoisting fee payable monthly with options to pay yearly and applicable transaction fees.
 
Product Upload
Vendors can upload products pictures/videos and update the inventory with just a couple of clicks!
 
Separate Vendor Admin Panel
Each vendor has a separate admin panel which allows vendors to manage their own settings and products. Vendor panels include just what vendors need and are allowed to modify in your marketplace. Vendors will not interfere with each other. Our Vendors can:
• Manage their orders, products, filters, options, and features.
• Add different informational pages, polls, forms, and links.
• View the own account balance.
• Set own shipping methods.
• Import or export products and orders.
 
Promotions for Vendors
ETH10k gives vendors more opportunities to boost their sales. Vendors can create their own catalog and cart promotions—offer free shipping, discounts, free products, and coupon codes.
 
Location based Real-time and Manual Shipping Fee Calculations
ETH10k makes the life of our vendors easier with real-time shipping fee calculations and vendors can also set their own manual shipping methods.
 
Customer-to-Vendor Communication
ETH10k enables customers to send messages to vendors, connect customers with vendors so that the latter could answer the customer’s questions about a product.
 
Vendor Account Balance, Sales Reports & Statistics
ETH10k vendors can view their account balance to track all payouts and commissions taken by the store administrator. Sellers can also review the income and expenditure statistics: total and per period.
 
Vendor Locations
The Vendor Locations function allows display on map with all the vendors in the chosen location, enables product filtering by distance from the customer’s location, and shows nearby vendors on the marketplace homepage.
